Bob Legg's Impact Photography ~ About Me:

Bob Legg, a 22-year resident of Derry, NH, has been taking photographs of local scenes and events for 18 years. In 2002, Bob moved to Pittsfield, NH and continues to expand his collection of Central New Hampshire photographs.  In 1996, he officially named his freelance photography business Impact Photography. The company name represents the type of photographs he strives to capture, whether it's a bolt of lightning, a stunning sunrise, a local athlete at his/her best, the smiling face of a child or the joy in the eyes of the bride and groom. Bob believes a photograph must fill the frame with an in-focus interesting subject to capture the essence of the moment and the viewer’s attention in just a few seconds.

Much of Bob's experience comes from participating in the Manchester Camera Club. In addition, he contributed photographs weekly to the Derry News for 10 years and other New England newspapers. Bob's experience, along with his keen eye and excellent digital equipment, allows him to accurately capture your magic moments or event. Bob also has a large library of stock photos, including landscapes, still lifes, and local events, that are all suitable for advertising or decorating your living room or business.

In 1998, he won two awards from the New England Press Association for spot news featured in the Derry News, and has been awarded over 600 ribbons and awards for his color slides, digital images and prints during the frequent competitions held at local clubs and the New England Camera Club Council (NECCC).  He also has 3 gold medals in photojournalism from PSA International Slide Salons. Finally, he has been published in numerous textbooks and magazines.
